farm fresh sausage - just ground pork and spices
eggs - use canola oil spray (I get mine at Trader Joe's)
+omelettes with your choice fresh veggies, tofu
cold cereals: always check labels, some flavors are okay and some are not.

Pancakes:
Kinnikinnick pancake mix - good stuff! order online or Better Health
+banana pancakes, add one smashed banana
+apple-cinnamon, add 1/2 c. applesauce (chunky if you can) and 1/2t. cinnamon
+blueberry, about 3/4 c.?
Waffles:
Trader Joe's GF waffles
Van's GF waffles
We drizzle read maple syrup on our pancakes and waffles.
